Mads spent nineteen years scaling pharmacy chains, building aesthetic clinic groups, and running e-commerce platforms across Scandinavian healthcare and well beyond it. Most of it through the chapter executives never put on a slide: payroll deadlines, supplier renegotiations, regulatory inspections, the quiet Tuesday meeting where a system either holds or breaks. Nineteen years of running healthcare businesses taught Mads what makes strategy hold and what makes it come apart. ARGUS™ is what he built to tell them apart.

Pharmacist by training. Regulator by experience. Operator by trade. Anja has spent her career inside every layer of Scandinavian healthcare that decides whether a system can be trusted: pharmacy operations and chain leadership, the Danish Medicines Agency where she advised on pharmacovigilance systems, and now a major Danish pharmaceutical company on the global safety side. Most operators see one of these worlds. Anja has built her career inside all three.

Inside AItillery, Anja owns the discipline that decides whether healthcare AI is allowed to ship at all: governance, GDPR, and quality management systems. She has led GDPR implementations end to end, drafted DPAs and DPIAs from the ground up, and onboarded over a thousand healthcare workers in two weeks. Pharmacist by training. Builder by instinct. Operator by trade. Per has spent his career on the side of healthcare that doesn't make headlines: the part where someone actually has to build the thing, ship it, and keep it running when nobody's watching. He taught pharmaceutical science at university level in Australia and practiced clinical pharmacy in a metropolitan hospital, working daily with the external partners and suppliers that keep a hospital running. Then he came home and built a national veterinary e-commerce platform from the ground up: vendor selection, logistics architecture, EU-wide next-day shipping.

Inside AItillery, Per anchors the systems that make the strategy real. He reads the infrastructure before he reads the roadmap. He asks what happens when the system is under load, not just when it's in the demo. He treats every deployment as something that has to survive the pharmacy floor at 4 PM, not just the boardroom pitch.
